All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We only offer Second Class Royal Mail delivery within the UK.

3. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us at scentedpetals.candles@gmail.com. We’ll assist you in tracking your parcel.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence of the damage. For lost parcels, we can only process claims after 10 working days.
